Description

The Artisan Exility is a magnetic track spotlight with a cylindrical white aluminium body, black end cap and integrated 12W 4000K LED module, designed to attach to Maytoni's Exility magnetic track system. The spotlight head rotates 355° on its magnetic base and tilts 90° on its neck joint, allowing the beam to be directed across walls, artworks, retail displays or architectural features without re-wiring or adjusting the track position.

Designed for contemporary residential, retail and hospitality interiors, the Exility spotlight suits gallery lighting, kitchen worktop task lighting, hallway accent lighting and commercial display installations. The magnetic attachment means the spotlight can be repositioned anywhere along the energised track without tools, and the track itself (sold separately) can be recessed, surface-mounted or suspended. The IP20 rating restricts use to dry internal environments.

The white aluminium body carries a textured knurled finish that catches light and adds tactile detail to the cylinder. The integrated HoneyComb-D38 anti-glare filter sits behind the black end cap and prevents direct LED visibility, diffusing the beam edge and reducing glare when the spotlight is aimed into a viewer's sightline. The 4000K colour temperature delivers neutral white light with high colour rendering, suited to commercial and task applications where accurate colour perception matters more than warm ambiance.

The spotlight runs on DC 48V supplied through the magnetic track system, which simplifies installation compared to traditional mains-voltage track lighting and allows multiple spotlights to be connected to a single low-voltage driver. The 12W output and 4000K temperature balance energy efficiency with usable light output for accent and task applications in spaces with ceiling heights between 2.4m and 3.5m.

Is the magnetic track included?

No. The Artisan Exility spotlight is sold separately from the Exility magnetic track system. You will need to purchase a compatible Maytoni Exility track, driver and accessories separately to build a complete installation.

How does the magnetic attachment work?

The spotlight base contains magnets that snap onto the Exility track. The track itself is energised with DC 48V, and contact points on the magnetic base draw power when the spotlight is placed anywhere along the track. This allows repositioning without tools or re-wiring.

What does the 4000K colour temperature look like?

4000K is neutral white, sitting between warm white (2700K-3000K) and cool white (5000K-6500K). It appears crisp and clean without the blue tint of cooler LEDs, and is commonly used in retail, office and kitchen task lighting where accurate colour rendering is needed.

Can the spotlight be dimmed?

Dimming capability depends on the driver paired with the Exility track system. Check the specifications of the Maytoni Exility driver you are using to confirm whether it supports dimming and what control method it accepts.
