Description

This square trinket box brings an art deco pattern to the smallest of treasures, finished in real silverplate over a metal alloy body. The sides are embossed with a repeating lattice of flowers set in pointed arches, framed by beaded borders along the top and bottom edges, and darker detail settled into the embossing lifts the pattern against the bright silver. The lid carries a leafy border around a plain, polished centre panel, and the whole box stands on four small shaped feet. Inside, a black lining gives rings and earrings a dark ground to sit on.
