Description

The Argento is a single-light wall light combining a mouth-blown bubble glass orb, an oxidized silver leaf rectangular backplate and a cream fabric shade with pale blue piping. A small teardrop crystal hangs beneath the glass orb on a silver-finished chain. The E14 bulb sits inside the glass sphere, visible through the transparent bubble texture, with the fabric shade mounted above to diffuse upward light.

Designed for hallways, bedroom side walls and living room accent positions, the Argento provides both decorative detail and functional task light. The 146mm projection from the wall suits narrower passages and spaces where a deeper wall light would intrude on movement. The oxidized silver leaf finish has a mottled, aged patina that sits between polished silver and antique brass in tone, pairing well with neutral wall colours and both warm and cool metal accents elsewhere in the room.

The mouth-blown bubble glass shows variation in the size and distribution of air pockets across different pieces, as each orb is individually formed. No. Each glass orb is mouth-blown, so the size and distribution of air pockets varies between pieces. This is a characteristic of the hand-blown production method, not a defect.

At 298mm tall, the Argento works in rooms with standard 2.4m ceilings and above. The compact height also makes it suitable for hallways and corridors where a taller wall light might overwhelm the space.

Can the shade be removed or replaced?

The cream fabric shade is fitted to the metal frame and is not designed to be user-replaceable. If the shade becomes damaged or discoloured over time, contact Feiss or Niori for replacement parts availability.
