Description

The Arcus is a 3-metre white plastic cover designed to clip onto LED aluminium profiles, diffusing strip light into a smooth, uniform glow without visible LED dots or hotspots. The cover measures 15mm wide by 5mm deep, fitting standard recessed or surface-mount LED profile channels used in under-cabinet lighting, shelving, display cases and architectural installations.

Designed for residential and commercial applications, the Arcus cover transforms exposed LED strip into a continuous light line by scattering individual LED points through its translucent white plastic. It fits into the top channel of compatible aluminium profiles, where it's held in place by friction clips or side rails depending on the profile design. The cover can be cut to length during installation using a fine-toothed saw if the full 3m length isn't needed.

The white plastic provides around 85-90% light transmission, meaning it retains most of the strip's output while softening the beam. The 15mm projection keeps the profile compact enough for shallow cabinet depths and tight recesses. The material is UV-stabilised to resist yellowing under prolonged exposure to LED light, and its rigid but flexible construction allows it to bend slightly when being clipped into curved or angled profile runs without cracking.
