Description

The Aquaria is a 6-light cluster pendant from Schuller, suspending six faceted glass shades from a polished chrome circular canopy. Each shade is a teardrop-shaped glass piece with decorative bubble detailing trapped within the clear glass, creating internal light refraction when the integrated 4W LED inside each shade is lit. The combined 24W LED output at 3000K provides warm white ambient light across a total canopy diameter of 39cm.

Designed for kitchen islands, dining areas and entrance halls with ceiling heights of 2.4m or higher, the Aquaria's adjustable cable system allows the total drop to be set anywhere between 30cm and 140cm during installation. The six shades hang at staggered heights, creating a cascading effect that fills vertical space without requiring a wide footprint. The chrome canopy fits standard UK ceiling roses and the IP20 rating limits use to dry indoor environments.

The faceted glass catches and reflects light from multiple angles, creating sparkle points across the room when lit and maintaining visual interest when off. The chrome finish on the canopy and each shade's conical cap provides a reflective accent that pairs with stainless steel appliances, polished nickel hardware and contemporary interiors mixing metal and glass. The integrated LEDs are non-replaceable and dimmer compatibility depends on the specific dimmer switch model. Contact us before pairing with a dimmer to confirm compatibility with the integrated LED driver.

What ceiling height is needed?

The minimum drop of 30cm plus the canopy height makes the fitting suitable for ceilings from 2.4m upwards. The maximum 140cm drop works in double-height spaces or above staircases. The cables are adjustable during installation to set the exact drop required.

Can the glass shades be replaced if one breaks?

Replacement glass shades for the Aquaria range are available as spares from Schuller. Contact us with the product code (157239) to order replacement components.
