Description
The Apollo is a single-light wall fitting built around a 150mm white opal etched glass globe cradled in a curved burnished brass frame. The brass frame wraps around the lower half of the sphere in a sculptural arc, leaving the top hemisphere exposed and creating a sense of the globe floating within its support. The fitting includes a 3W 3000K LED G9 bulb behind the opal glass, which diffuses the light evenly across the surface of the sphere.
Designed for hallways, bedrooms, living room accent walls and staircases where wall space allows a 210mm projection, the Apollo works as both task and ambient lighting depending on bulb choice and positioning. The compact 181mm width and 171mm height suit walls where a traditional sconce would be too tall or wide, and multiple fittings can be spaced at 900mm-1200mm intervals along a hallway or either side of a bed. The opal glass softens direct glare from the LED, making the fitting comfortable to look at even when mounted at eye level.
The burnished brass finish sits between polished brass and antique brass in tone — it carries a warm gold colour with a slight patina that reduces reflections compared to mirror-polished brass, pairing well with mid-century furniture, warm-toned walls and other brass or gold-finished fixtures. The spherical glass globe and curved brass frame give the fitting a sculptural presence on the wall even when switched off. At 210mm projection the fitting needs clearance from doorways, furniture and circulation routes, but the depth allows the brass frame to wrap fully around the glass and create the three-dimensional form central to the design.

Frequently Asked
Does the bulb come included?
Yes. The fitting includes a 3W 3000K LED G9 bulb, so it's ready to install and use immediately. Replacement G9 bulbs are widely available if you want to change the colour temperature or brightness later.
Can the bulb be changed to a different wattage?
The fitting accepts any standard G9 bulb up to 3W. Higher-wattage bulbs may fit physically but exceed the rated maximum and could overheat the fitting or damage the opal glass.
How far does it project from the wall?
The Apollo projects 210mm from the wall once fitted. This depth is needed to accommodate the curved brass frame wrapping around the glass globe, so the fitting requires clearance from doorways, furniture edges and circulation routes.
Is the burnished brass finish lacquered?
Feiss burnished brass finishes are typically lacquered to prevent tarnishing and maintain the warm gold tone. The lacquer can be wiped clean with a dry or slightly damp microfibre cloth — avoid abrasive cleaners or polishes that could damage the finish.
