Andromeda 5 Light LED Glass Cluster Pendant - Multicoloured Light Gold

The Andromeda is a 5-light cluster pendant with dual-layer glass shades in copper, chrome, amber, clear and frosted tones, suspended from a 390mm light gold canopy. Each of the five pendants houses an integrated LED inside a frosted inner cone, which diffuses the warm 3000K light before it passes through the outer glass shade. The different finishes — copper, chrome, amber, clear and frosted — create tonal variation across the cluster when lit.

Designed for dining tables, kitchen islands and stairwells with ceiling heights of 2.7m or above, the Andromeda works as both ambient and decorative lighting. The five cables are adjustable between 240mm and 3000mm, allowing the pendants to be staggered at different heights to create a cascading effect or set at similar levels for a more uniform appearance. The 390mm canopy covers a standard UK ceiling rose and the combined 25W LED output delivers 2500 lumens across the cluster.

Each glass shade comprises two layers — the inner frosted cone softens the LED source, while the outer shade in copper, chrome, amber, clear or frosted glass modifies the colour temperature and visual tone of the emitted light. The copper and amber shades warm the light further, the chrome adds a cooler metallic reflection, and the clear and frosted shades preserve the neutral 3000K output. The light gold canopy and cable fixings provide a consistent metallic accent that ties the different glass tones together.

The integrated LED is non-dimmable and rated for 220-240V UK mains. At 2.7kg the fitting requires a secure ceiling mounting point capable of supporting that weight plus a small margin for cable tension. The warranty covers three years from the date of purchase.

Is the Andromeda dimmable?

No. The integrated LED operates at fixed output on 220-240V mains and is not compatible with dimmer switches.

Can the cable lengths be adjusted after installation?

The cables are adjustable during installation between 240mm and 3000mm. Once the cables are cut and the canopy is fixed to the ceiling, further adjustment requires re-wiring. Set the desired drop heights before completing the installation.

What ceiling height is needed?

The minimum 240mm drop suits ceilings from 2.4m upwards. For a staggered cluster effect over a dining table or stairwell, ceiling heights of 2.7m or more give enough vertical space to appreciate the variation in pendant heights.

How do the different glass finishes affect the light output?

The copper and amber shades warm the 3000K LED output further, adding an orange-gold cast. The chrome shade reflects a cooler metallic tone. The clear and frosted shades preserve the neutral warm white colour temperature without additional colour shift.
