Description

The Andrea is a 3-light cluster pendant built around three graphite-finished metal globes, each with a precision-cut crystal band wrapping around the equator. The globes hang at staggered heights from a 450mm round canopy on adjustable cables, allowing the drop to be set anywhere between 350mm and 2350mm during installation. Each globe houses a single E27 bulb (sold separately) and the crystal band refracts light outward while the downward-facing aperture provides focused task illumination.

Designed for dining tables, kitchen islands and stairwells with ceiling heights of 2.7m or above, the Andrea works as both ambient and decorative lighting. The graphite finish provides a matte, non-reflective surface that contrasts with the clear crystal detail, making the fixture sit comfortably in both industrial-leaning and contemporary interiors. The adjustable cable system means the three globes can be arranged at different heights to fill vertical space or clustered tightly for a more compact visual mass.

The crystal band on each globe is cut from clear glass rather than acrylic, giving sharper light refraction and a harder edge to the diffusion pattern. The combined weight of the three globes, canopy and crystal detailing comes to 4.5kg, requiring secure fixing to a ceiling joist or reinforced rose. The graphite finish pairs well with darker wood tones, exposed brick, polished concrete and muted grey colour schemes. Dimmable when paired with suitable E27 LED bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch.

The Andrea takes three E27 (Edison screw) bulbs up to 60W each. Bulbs are sold separately. Most buyers pair this with warm-white LED bulbs between 6-10W and 2700K-3000K for ambient dining or kitchen lighting.

Can the drop height be adjusted?

Yes. Each globe hangs on an adjustable cable that can be set anywhere between 350mm and 2350mm during installation. The three globes can be arranged at different heights or clustered at the same level depending on the visual effect required.

Is the Andrea dimmable?
