Description
The Andrea is a 3-light cluster pendant built around three spherical metal shades in antique brass, each suspended at a different height from a 450mm diameter round ceiling canopy. A narrow band of clear crystal wraps the equator of each globe, creating a decorative accent that catches and reflects light when the pendants are lit. Each globe houses a single E27 bulb (sold separately), with downward-facing light output through the lower hemisphere.
Designed for dining tables, kitchen islands and entrance halls with ceiling heights of 2.4m or higher, the Andrea provides both task lighting from the three direct-downlight globes and decorative presence from the crystal detailing. The adjustable drop ranges from 350mm minimum to 2350mm maximum, allowing the cluster to be positioned 700-900mm above a dining surface or kitchen worktop depending on ceiling height. The three pendants are fixed at different lengths within the cluster, creating a staggered arrangement rather than a level trio.
The antique brass finish is a mid-tone warm gold with a slightly aged patina, darker than polished brass and less reflective than satin brass. This finish pairs well with warm wood tones, terracotta, deep greens and traditional interiors where polished chrome would feel too clinical. The crystal band on each globe is facet-cut rather than smooth, giving it sparkle under direct light. The combined weight of the three metal globes, canopy and crystal is 4.5kg, requiring secure ceiling fixing into a joist or ceiling rose rated for the load.

Frequently Asked
What bulbs does the Andrea take?
Each of the three globes takes one E27 (Edison screw) bulb up to 60W maximum. Bulbs are sold separately. Most buyers pair this with warm-white LED bulbs between 6-10W and 2700K-3000K for dining and kitchen use.
Is the Andrea dimmable?
Yes, provided you use dimmable bulbs and pair them with a compatible dimmer switch. LED bulbs require an LED-compatible dimmer — older resistive dimmers designed for incandescent bulbs may cause flicker.
What ceiling height is needed?
The adjustable drop ranges from 350mm to 2350mm. For a dining table or kitchen island, the lowest globe typically sits 700-800mm above the surface, which works in rooms with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above. The three globes hang at staggered heights within the cluster.
How is the crystal band attached?
The crystal band is set into a groove around the equator of each metal globe and secured in place during manufacture. It is not removable or replaceable by the end user.
