Description

The Amulet is a 45cm table lamp built around five stacked ribbed glass spheres separated by brushed gold metal collars, all mounted on a circular gold base and topped with a clear tapered glass shade. An integrated 10W LED strip runs vertically through the centre of the spheres, casting warm 3000K light through the ribbed glass and out through the outer shade.

Designed for bedside tables, console tables and side tables in bedrooms, living rooms and hallways, the Amulet combines ambient and decorative function. The ribbed glass spheres refract and diffuse the light vertically through the lamp while the outer clear shade projects a wider pool of light onto surrounding surfaces. The 25cm diameter footprint suits standard bedside tables without dominating a narrow console or side table.

The ribbed texture on each glass sphere creates vertical channels that catch and scatter light, turning each sphere into a visible light source rather than a passive decorative element. The brushed gold metal frame and base provide structural support and tie the vertical assembly together visually. The outer glass shade sits on the top sphere and channels upward light onto the ceiling while protecting the internal spheres from dust.

Can the outer glass shade be removed for cleaning?

Yes. The outer tapered shade lifts off the top sphere for cleaning. The ribbed glass spheres can be wiped with a dry microfibre cloth while the shade is removed.

What bulb does it take?

The Amulet uses an integrated 10W LED strip running through the centre of the glass spheres. The LED is not user-replaceable and is rated for the life of the product under normal domestic use.

What is the IP20 rating?

IP20 means the lamp is protected against solid objects larger than 12mm but has no water resistance. The Amulet is suitable for dry indoor locations only and should not be used in bathrooms or outdoor areas.
