Description

The Amano is a 3-light crystal cluster pendant combining polished chrome teardrop-shaped shades with faceted crystal cores, each suspended on an individual adjustable cable from a 220mm circular canopy. Each shade houses a G9 bulb (sold separately) inside a chrome teardrop shell that tapers to a point at top and bottom, with the faceted crystal positioned centrally inside the metal form.

Designed for dining tables, kitchen islands and entrance halls, the Amano works best in rooms with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above where the adjustable drops (230mm minimum, 4500mm maximum) can be staggered or aligned depending on the installation aesthetic. The three individual cables allow the pendants to be clustered tightly for a compact column of light, or spread across the canopy diameter to cover a wider area. The 220mm canopy fits standard UK ceiling roses and the combined weight of 2.6kg requires secure ceiling fixing.

The polished chrome finish on the teardrop shades reflects ambient room light during the day and amplifies the G9 bulb output when lit. The faceted crystal cores inside each shade create prismatic light patterns across surrounding surfaces when the bulbs are on, adding visual texture to the direct downward illumination. The combination of the smooth chrome outer shell and the multi-faceted crystal core gives each pendant a layered depth that changes appearance depending on viewing angle.

Wipe the faceted crystal cores with a dry microfibre cloth. For stubborn marks, a barely-damp cloth with distilled water is acceptable. Avoid sprays or chemical cleaners, which can leave residue on the facets and dull the prismatic effect.
