Description

The Althia is a 305mm alabaster wall light pairing a rounded natural Spanish alabaster diffuser with a half-cup brushed brass backplate bisected by a horizontal brass disc. An integrated 8W LED inside the alabaster casts warm 3000K light through the stone, while the brass cup behind the diffuser reflects light back outward and the upper disc catches uplight along the wall.

Designed for hallways, stairwell walls, bedside positions and feature wall arrangements, the Althia sits 220mm tall and projects 180mm from the wall. The compact footprint suits narrow circulation spaces where a deeper fitting would intrude, and the soft 3000K output works as ambient or accent light rather than task brightness. The fitting hardwires to the mains at 230V and mounts to a standard wall back box.

Each alabaster diffuser is cut from natural Spanish stone, so the veining and tonal variation differ between individual pieces. The brushed brass finish on the solid copper backplate and intersecting disc gives a soft, low-sheen warmth that pairs with the alabaster without competing for attention.
