Description

The Aloha is a 520mm ceiling fan light with four retractable blades finished in a wood-effect laminate, a white metal canopy, and an integrated 75W tuneable LED module. The blades fold back into the body when the fan is switched off, leaving a low-profile circular ceiling light approximately 210mm in height. When the fan is switched on, the blades extend outward on concealed hinges, providing airflow across a room diameter of 4-5m.

Designed for living rooms, bedrooms and open-plan kitchen-dining spaces with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above, the Aloha pairs ambient lighting with variable airflow in a single ceiling-mounted fitting. The integrated LED delivers 3500 lumens across a 120° beam angle, with colour temperature adjustable from 2700K warm white through to 5000K daylight white via the included remote control. The remote also controls dimming, fan speed (three settings), and fan direction. Reversing the fan direction circulates warm air downward during winter, making it useful in rooms with high ceilings or passive heat sources such as wood burners.

The wood-effect finish on the blades is a printed laminate over a lightweight composite core, keeping the total fitting weight to 4.3kg. The blades show horizontal grain detail and a mid-brown oak tone that pairs with oak, walnut and teak furniture. The white canopy measures 210mm diameter and fixes directly to a standard UK ceiling rose or junction box rated for 4.5kg or above. Installation requires a qualified electrician, as the fan motor draws 75W at 220-240V mains. Mantra provides a 5-year warranty on the motor, LED module and mechanical components.
