Description

The Alfa-1 is a 300mm flush-mounted wall and ceiling light with a matt black resin frame and a white acrylic diffuser, rated IP66 for outdoor use. The single E27 bulb fitting sits behind the diffuser, which distributes light evenly across the lens while protecting the bulb from direct rain, dust and high-pressure water jets.

Designed for exterior wall and soffit applications where weatherproof lighting is required, the Alfa-1 suits porch entries, garage sides, garden walls and covered outdoor seating areas. The flush mount sits close to the wall or ceiling, minimising projection in tight spaces and reducing the chance of accidental knocks. The IP66 rating certifies dust-tight sealing and protection against powerful water jets from any direction, making it suitable for fully exposed locations.

The resin frame resists UV degradation and maintains colour stability in direct sunlight better than painted metal alternatives. Four visible fixing points secure the luminaire to a standard back box or mounting bracket, with screws positioned symmetrically around the frame. The E27 fitting accepts LED, halogen or CFL bulbs up to the maximum wattage shown in the specification (bulb sold separately), and the fitting is dimmable when paired with a compatible dimmable bulb and dimmer switch.
