The Albos is a two-panel bas-relief wall art set, each panel measuring 100x100cm, formed from EVA sheets with a raised surface texture finished in a soft cream acrylic paint. The bas-relief creates a shallow topography across each panel, with recessed and raised sections that catch and diffuse light differently as daylight moves through the room or as artificial lighting changes angle.

Designed for minimalist, Japandi and Scandinavian-influenced interiors, the Albos pairs well with neutral colour palettes, natural stone finishes and rooms where restrained architectural detail is preferred over decorative pattern. The two panels can be hung side-by-side horizontally or stacked vertically, giving flexibility in how they occupy wall space in living rooms, bedrooms and office environments. The black polystyrene frame provides structural support and gives a clean edge to each panel without adding visual weight.

Each panel weighs 7.2kg and projects 4.5cm from the wall when mounted, creating enough depth to cast subtle shadows across the bas-relief surface. Can the panels be hung separately?

Yes. Each panel is an independent piece with its own mounting hardware, so they can be spaced apart on the same wall, hung in different rooms, or positioned as a stacked vertical pair or side-by-side horizontal pair depending on your wall space.

How is the bas-relief texture created?

The texture is formed in EVA sheets, which are then finished with matte acrylic paint. The EVA holds fine detail well, so the raised and recessed sections maintain crisp edges and create consistent shadow lines as light moves across the surface.

What wall fixing is needed?

Each panel weighs 7.2kg. Wall fixings suitable for plasterboard or masonry walls are included. For plasterboard walls, use the supplied wall anchors rated to at least 10kg each. For brick or concrete, standard wall plugs and screws are sufficient.

Can the panels be cleaned?

Dust the surface gently with a soft dry cloth or a brush attachment on low suction. Avoid wet cleaning or chemical sprays, as the EVA material and acrylic finish can be sensitive to moisture and solvents.
