Description

The Alaska is an 82cm 8-light chandelier in antique brass with a dual-mount design that allows installation as either a pendant chandelier or a semi-flush ceiling light. Eight sculptural glass shades sit on curved antique brass arms radiating from a circular central hub, each shade combining frosted and clear glass layers that create depth and controlled light diffusion. Eight GU10 CFL bulbs are included, rated at 9W each and delivering 2700K warm white light.

Designed for dining rooms, living rooms and entrance halls with ceiling heights from 2.4m upwards, the Alaska works as a pendant with an adjustable drop between 490mm and 770mm, or mounted as a semi-flush fitting in rooms where headroom is limited. The 820mm diameter makes it suitable for spaces with a floor area of 12-20m², positioning the light source across a wide horizontal spread rather than a single central point. The antique brass finish provides a warm metallic tone that pairs with both traditional and contemporary interiors, contrasting comfortably with white ceilings and neutral wall colours.

Yes. The dual-mount design allows installation either as a pendant chandelier with an adjustable drop between 490mm and 770mm, or as a semi-flush ceiling light in rooms with limited headroom. The mounting method is selected during installation.

Yes. The Alaska includes eight GU10 CFL bulbs at 9W each, delivering 2700K warm white light. Total power consumption is 72W.

Is it dimmable?

No. The included CFL bulbs are not dimmable. The fitting is not compatible with dimmer switches.
