Description

The Aivian is a 5-light chandelier with a weathered brass frame arranged in a five-arm radial pattern, each arm terminating in a tapered clear glass shade housing an E27 bulb fitting. The 762mm diameter spread suits dining tables of 1.8-2.4m length or entrance halls where a substantial central fitting is needed without a heavy visual mass.

The chandelier ships with a rod suspension system allowing drop adjustment between 445mm and 1512mm from ceiling to base of fixture, making it compatible with ceiling heights from 2.4m up to 3.5m or higher. The same fixture can be converted to semi-flush mount configuration by removing the rod, bringing the canopy close to the ceiling for rooms where a pendant drop would sit too low. This dual-configuration design makes the Aivian adaptable to different room proportions within the same property.

The weathered brass finish has a matte, lightly tarnished appearance rather than high-polish shine, giving the metal a patinated look that pairs with both industrial interiors and warmer traditional schemes. The clear tapered glass shades leave the bulb filament visible, so the choice of bulb style (vintage Edison filament, clear LED, frosted globe) affects the overall visual. The frame weight and glass thickness give the fitting a solid presence when installed, and the radial arm geometry distributes light outward and downward rather than concentrating it in a single pool beneath the fixture.

Each of the five arms can take up to 60W per socket, allowing a total maximum load of 300W across the fitting if using incandescent or halogen bulbs.
