The Aire is a 71cm LED pendant light built from five interwoven polished chrome arms that radiate from a central disc, each arm housing an integrated LED strip beneath a frosted acrylic diffuser. The combined 42W LED output delivers 3700 lumens at 3000K warm white across a 120° beam angle, providing broad ambient light suitable for dining tables and open-plan living areas.

Designed for ceiling heights of 2.4m or above, the Aire suspends on an adjustable cable with a minimum drop of 350mm and maximum drop of 1500mm, allowing the fitting to be positioned between 600-900mm above a dining surface depending on room proportions. The polished chrome finish reflects surrounding light and architectural detail, making the fitting appear lighter than its 1.77kg weight suggests once installed.

Each of the five arms curves outward and slightly upward from the centre, creating a sculptural form that works as both a light source and a decorative element. The frosted diffusers conceal the LED strips while allowing the warm light to spread evenly, avoiding direct glare when viewed from below. The fitting operates on 100-240V mains and is not dimmable.

Is the Aire dimmable?

No. The integrated LED operates at fixed 42W output and is not compatible with dimmer switches.

What ceiling height is needed?

The adjustable cable allows a minimum drop of 350mm and maximum drop of 1500mm. For a dining table the pendant typically sits 700-800mm above the surface, requiring a ceiling height of at least 2.4m. Lower ceilings can accommodate the fitting if the cable is set to minimum drop.

What table size does the 71cm diameter suit?

The 71cm spread works well over dining tables of 1.4-2.0m length and kitchen islands of similar proportions. Smaller tables may find the fitting visually dominant; larger tables above 2.2m may benefit from two smaller pendants or a wider pendant.

How is the polished chrome cleaned?

Wipe the chrome arms with a dry microfibre cloth to remove dust and fingerprints. For more stubborn marks, a barely-damp cloth with distilled water is acceptable. Avoid household sprays and abrasive cleaners, which can damage the polished finish over time.
