Description

The Aethera is a wall-mounted reading light with a white powder-coated metal arm, a fabric-covered PVC lampshade, and a single E27 bulb fitting. The arm extends 160mm from the wall and features a flexible rubber-coated joint, allowing the shade to be angled towards a bedside, desk surface, or seating position. Independent switches control the main E27 light and a secondary reading light, with a built-in USB socket integrated into the wall plate.

Designed for bedrooms, hotel guest rooms, and living spaces where flexible task lighting is needed without a bedside table lamp, the Aethera mounts directly to the wall beside a headboard or above a sofa. The 85mm width keeps the footprint compact, while the 160mm projection positions the shade far enough from the wall to direct light downwards without spill onto the wall surface itself. The IP20 rating restricts use to dry indoor areas only.

The white finish on the metal frame and the white fabric shade provide a neutral base that pairs with white, cream, or pastel wall colours without creating visual contrast. The fabric shade diffuses light from the E27 bulb, reducing glare when the lamp is positioned at eye level. The dimmable fitting allows brightness to be adjusted using a compatible wall dimmer, though dimmer compatibility depends on the specific E27 bulb chosen (sold separately).
