Description

The Aethera is a dual-function wall light combining a main E27 fitting under a white fabric drum shade with a separate flexible LED reading arm. The brushed silver backplate houses both light sources plus an integrated USB charging port, giving bedside and chair-side positions the ability to provide ambient light, directed task light and device charging from a single fitting.

Designed for bedrooms, living rooms and home offices where a wall-mounted light needs to serve multiple roles, the Aethera sits 120mm wide and projects 205mm from the wall when the flexible arm is extended. The main E27 bulb (sold separately) sits behind the white drum shade to give diffused ambient light, while the flexible LED reading arm can be angled down onto a book, tablet or keyboard. The USB port on the front of the backplate accepts standard charging cables for phones, e-readers and tablets.

The brushed silver finish on the metal backplate, arm and shade holder provides a low-sheen neutral that pairs with both warm and cool-toned interiors. The white fabric shade diffuses the E27 bulb light without glare, while the separate LED reading arm delivers focused 3000K task light at approximately 3W. The IP20 rating limits the fitting to dry indoor locations only.

The main shade fitting takes a standard E27 (Edison screw) bulb up to 60W. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair this with a warm-white LED bulb between 6-10W and 2700K-3000K for ambient light, while the separate LED reading arm provides task light.

Is the reading arm adjustable?

Yes. The flexible LED reading arm can be bent and angled to direct light onto a book, tablet or desk surface. The integrated LED in the reading arm is fixed at 3000K and cannot be replaced.
