Description

The Aegean is a single-light wall bracket built on a curved polished nickel arm with hand-forged scrollwork and a twisted teardrop drop beneath the mounting plate. A cut crystal glass drip pan sits between the arm and the E14 candle bulb fitting, catching light and adding refraction when the bulb is lit. The polished nickel finish is highly reflective, bouncing ambient light around the room.

Designed for hallways, living rooms, and bedrooms where wall-mounted lighting provides fill or accent light without ceiling fixings, the Aegean projects approximately 150mm from the wall and stands around 240mm high. The single bulb fitting takes an E14 candle or small Edison screw bulb up to 60W (sold separately), giving flexibility to choose filament, halogen or LED depending on desired light output and colour temperature. The mounting backplate fixes to a standard UK wall box or surface-mounted block.

The hand-forged scrollwork on the arm and the twisted drop beneath the backplate reference traditional candle sconces, while the polished nickel finish updates the look for contemporary and transitional interiors. The cut crystal drip pan is functional—it mimics the wax catchers on historical candle holders—but also decorative, refracting light from the bulb when viewed from below or at an angle.
