Description

The Adn is a 1m linear pendant light housing 12 integrated LED modules across a white epoxy-finished frame. Each module contains a 3W LED element positioned behind a frosted diffuser, combining to deliver 2150 lumens at 3000K across the full length of the bar. The 110° beam angle spreads light both up and down, providing ambient fill and task illumination simultaneously.

Designed for kitchen islands, dining tables and worktops where directed light needs to cover a linear zone, the 1000mm x 70mm profile sits 300-1500mm below the ceiling on adjustable suspension cables. The 70mm width keeps the fitting unobtrusive in plan view, while the white finish allows it to recede visually against white or light-coloured ceilings. The 36W total power consumption is lower than twelve individual GU10 downlights covering the same area, making it an energy-efficient alternative to recessed lighting in retrofit situations.

The white epoxy coating is applied to both the top canopy and the main horizontal bar, giving a consistent matte finish that diffuses reflections. The twelve LED modules are spaced evenly along the bar, creating a rhythm of circular light sources visible when viewed from the side. The combined 2150 lumens output suits islands and tables in the 2-2.5m length range, providing sufficient light for meal preparation and dining without overwhelming smaller rooms.

Is the Adn dimmable?

No. The integrated LED driver does not support dimmer compatibility. The light operates at full 2150 lumens output when switched on.

What table or island length does it suit?

The 1m span works well above tables and islands between 2-2.5m in length. For longer surfaces, consider placing two Adn units end-to-end or choosing the 150cm variant if available in the Mantra range.

Can the suspension height be adjusted after installation?

The drop is set during installation using the suspension cables, which can be trimmed to any length between 300mm and 1500mm. Once installed, the height remains fixed unless the cables are re-trimmed.

Does light spread both up and down?

Yes. The 110° beam angle and positioning of the twelve LED modules direct light both upward toward the ceiling and downward toward the surface below, providing ambient and task illumination in a single fitting.
