Description

This three stem LED table lamp brings a little garden to a side table, with three ruffled pink glass flowers nodding from slender gold stems. Each flower hangs from a curved stem like a bloom bending in a breeze. Its layered glass petals are frilled at the edges and topped with small gold leaves, and a clear globe bulb sits inside every shade. Longer gold leaves rise between the stems, and the whole arrangement stands on a flat round base in the same soft gold. It measures 43.6cm tall, 15cm wide and 15.6cm deep, so it has real presence without taking over a surface.

Because it runs on batteries, there is no flex to trail and no socket to find. You can set it wherever a small light would look lovely: a bedside table, a dressing table, a hallway console, a living room shelf or a mantelpiece. The pink and gold pairing suits a pretty bedroom or a vintage-style sitting room especially well, and it brings a gentle accent to a quiet corner in the evening. It is meant for dry rooms indoors. Its three flowers fan out to the front and sides, so it looks just as pretty from across the room as from close by. That helps on a table that stands away from the wall.

The flowers are glass, so give the lamp a steady, level spot where it will not be knocked, and lift it by the base rather than the stems. It takes three AAA batteries, which are not included, so keep a set to hand. To care for it, dust the stems, leaves and base with a soft dry cloth, and wipe the glass flowers gently with a slightly damp cloth before drying them. For a pretty finishing touch, set it beside a few books or a small vase of fresh flowers, where the pink glass echoes the real petals.
