Description
The Knightsbridge LFC24CCT3M is a 3m reel of 24V CCT LED strip light with adjustable colour temperature between 2700K warm white and 6000K cool white. The strip contains 120 surface-mounted 2016 LEDs per metre on a 10mm-wide flexible circuit board, drawing 11W per metre when set to 4000K neutral white. Output ranges from 430 lumens per metre at 2700K to 910 lumens per metre at 6000K, allowing the same strip to switch between warm ambient light and bright task light depending on the control gear paired with it.
Designed for internal architectural lighting in kitchens, under cabinets, cove lighting behind coving, alcove uplighting, and accent lighting behind headboards or shelving, the strip is IP20 rated and suited to dry indoor environments only. The adhesive 3M tape on the reverse allows the strip to be applied directly to clean metal, glass or painted surfaces without additional clips or channels. The strip can be cut every 100mm at marked intervals, giving flexibility to fit exact measurements, and requires a separate 24V constant-voltage driver and CCT controller to operate.
The 10mm width and 1mm projection make the strip low-profile enough to fit inside shallow aluminium extrusions or behind trim without visibility. The maximum continuous run is 10m — longer installations require additional power feeds to maintain consistent brightness. The CRI of over 90 renders colours accurately under the light, making this suitable for kitchens, wardrobes and bathrooms where colour rendering matters. The strip is dimmable when paired with a compatible dimmer driver, and the L70B50 rating of 36,000 hours indicates the point at which 50% of a batch will have dropped below 70% of initial output.

Frequently Asked
What does CCT mean and how is it controlled?
CCT stands for correlated colour temperature. This strip contains two sets of LEDs — one warm white (2700K) and one cool white (6000K) — that can be mixed in varying proportions to produce any colour temperature between the two extremes. Control requires a separate CCT controller and compatible 24V driver, sold separately.
Can this strip be cut to size?
Yes. The strip can be cut every 100mm at marked cutting points along its length. Cutting at any other point will damage the circuit and void the warranty.
What driver is required?
A 24V DC constant-voltage driver is required. For a 3m reel drawing 11W per metre, the total load is 33W, so a driver rated at 40W or above is recommended to allow headroom. Knightsbridge produces compatible drivers — see the LED drivers category or contact us for pairing advice.
Is it waterproof or suitable for bathrooms?
No. The IP20 rating means this strip is for dry indoor use only and is not protected against water ingress. For bathrooms, kitchens with splash risk, or outdoor installations, an IP65 or IP67-rated strip is required.
