Description

The Maytoni 200W LED driver supplies 48V DC output to magnetic track lighting systems, converting AC 100-240V mains input to stable low-voltage power for track-mounted LED fittings. The driver outputs up to 200W continuous load, sufficient for multi-fitting track runs in retail, gallery, hospitality and large residential installations where multiple spotlights or pendants are powered from a single track circuit.

Designed for permanent installation behind ceiling voids, inside service cupboards or within commercial electrical risers, the driver measures 215mm long by 115mm wide by 30mm high and weighs approximately 1.2kg. The metal enclosure includes ventilation slots on the top face to dissipate heat during continuous operation. Terminal blocks on one end accept incoming mains and outgoing 48V DC runs, with screw terminals rated for solid or stranded copper cable.

The driver accepts universal mains input from 100V to 240V AC at 50/60Hz, making it compatible with UK, European and international electrical systems without voltage selection switches. The 48V DC output is designed specifically for magnetic track systems where the track itself carries low-voltage power to individual fittings via magnetic connectors rather than hard-wired joints. This allows track fittings to be repositioned or swapped without re-wiring.

The compact footprint allows the driver to fit inside standard ceiling voids with 50mm clearance above the unit for cooling airflow. Installation requires a qualified electrician to connect mains input and route 48V output cable to the track mounting point. The driver provides flicker-free output when paired with compatible magnetic track fittings, suitable for applications where stable light is required for video recording, photography or visual merchandising.
