The Knightsbridge 13A switched fused spur unit provides circuit protection for hardwired appliances behind a polished brass screwless faceplate. The unit incorporates a fuse holder rated to 13A, a rocker switch to isolate the circuit, and terminals for live, neutral and earth connections. The screwless cover plate clips onto a separate steel sub-frame, leaving no visible fixings on the wall once installed.

Designed for hardwired appliances that require dedicated circuit protection, the fused spur is typically used for extractor fans, boilers, under-cabinet lighting, bathroom shaver sockets, and similar fixed electrical loads. The rocker switch allows the appliance to be isolated without accessing the consumer unit, making it easier to safely disconnect equipment for maintenance or replacement.
