The Knightsbridge 13A 2-gang DP switched socket provides two independently switched outlets with twin earth terminals behind a polished brass flat plate with black inserts. The double-pole switching isolates both live and neutral lines when switched off, offering additional safety over single-pole designs. Twin earth terminals allow separate earthing paths where required by installation standards or for equipment with specific earthing needs.

Designed for residential, hospitality and office installation where visible fixings are unwanted, the flat plate sits almost flush to the wall with just 2.5mm projection once fitted to a standard 25mm back box. A built-in gasket seals the plate edge to the wall surface, giving a clean finish without visible gaps. The brass rockers match the faceplate finish, maintaining a consistent metal appearance across all visible elements.

The polished brass finish provides a warm metallic accent that pairs well with traditional brass door furniture, period lighting and warm-toned contemporary interiors. The black insert behind each outlet aperture defines the socket edges and hides the internal mechanism.
