Description

The Knightsbridge 13A 2-gang DP switched socket provides two 13A outlets with double-pole switching, twin earth terminals, and a matt black screwless faceplate. Double-pole switching isolates both live and neutral lines when the socket is switched off, providing additional safety over single-pole switching for high-draw appliances. The twin earth terminals accommodate installations requiring high-integrity earthing, such as commercial environments or locations with sensitive electronics.

Designed for residential, commercial and hospitality installation, the socket fits a standard 25mm minimum back box depth and uses a screwless cover plate that clips onto a separate metal sub-frame. There are no visible screws or fixings on the wall once installed, giving a cleaner finish than traditional screw-fixed plates. The matt black finish on the premium-grade steel construction provides a low-sheen surface that minimises fingerprints and reflections, pairing well with contemporary, industrial and minimalist interiors.
