The Knightsbridge 13A 2-gang DP switched socket adds two USB-C fast charge ports behind a smoked bronze screwless faceplate, delivering up to 65W output through a single port or 45W and 18W split across both ports when used simultaneously. The dual-pole switching isolates both live and neutral lines when the socket is switched off, providing additional safety over single-pole switching for high-draw appliances and connected devices.

Designed for residential, hospitality and commercial installation, the socket fits a standard 25-35mm back box depth depending on wiring conditions and uses a screwless cover plate that clips onto a separate metal sub-frame. The faceplate is constructed from 201 stainless steel with a smoked bronze finish, giving a warm grey-brown metallic tone that pairs with industrial, contemporary and transitional interiors. The screwless design means there are no visible fixings on the wall once installed.

Both USB-C ports support USB Power Delivery (PD) and Programmable Power Supply (PPS) protocols, allowing compatible laptops, tablets and smartphones to negotiate optimal charging wattage. The 13A rating handles standard UK appliance loads up to 3,120W per outlet. The socket is CAT III rated for commercial installations and carries a 2-year manufacturer guarantee.
