Description

The Knightsbridge SFR9965AB is a 13A 2-gang DP switched socket with two USB-C fast charge ports behind an antique brass screwless faceplate. The USB-C ports deliver up to 65W output per port when used individually, or 45W + 18W when both ports are active simultaneously, supporting USB Power Delivery (PD) and Programmable Power Supply (PPS) protocols for compatibility with smartphones, tablets and small laptops.

Designed for residential, hospitality and office installation, the socket fits a standard 25-35mm back box depth depending on wiring conditions. The screwless cover plate clips onto a separate metal sub-frame, leaving no visible fixings on the wall once installed. The dual-pole switching isolates both live and neutral lines when the socket is switched off, providing additional safety for high-draw appliances.

The antique brass finish is applied to 201 stainless steel construction, giving a warm aged-metal appearance that pairs with traditional, classical and warm-toned contemporary interiors. The finish shows a deliberately tarnished patina that softens reflections and adds depth under both natural and artificial light. The 13A rating handles standard UK appliance loads up to 3,120W per outlet, while the USB-C ports use dynamic voltage switching to match device power requirements automatically.

Built-in overload, overheat and overcurrent protection safeguards both the mains outlets and USB charging ports.
