The Knightsbridge 13A 1-gang SP switched socket adds two USB-A charging ports behind a brushed chrome screwless faceplate with a black insert. The single-pole switching isolates the live line when the socket is switched off, suitable for standard household appliances and electronics up to 13A (3,120W).

Designed for residential installation in kitchens, bedrooms, home offices and living areas, the socket fits back boxes with 25-35mm minimum depth depending on wiring configuration. The screwless cover plate clips onto a separate metal sub-frame, so there are no visible fixings on the wall once installed. A built-in gasket seals the gap between the faceplate and the wall, creating a flush finish that sits 4.3mm proud of the plasterwork.

The dual USB-A ports share a 5V DC 2.4A output, suitable for charging phones, tablets, e-readers and other devices without requiring a separate wall adapter.
