The Knightsbridge 13A 1-gang DP switched socket features a black nickel screwless faceplate with a black insert, providing a single 13A outlet with double-pole switching. The screwless cover plate clips onto a separate steel sub-frame, leaving no visible fixings on the wall once installed. The black nickel finish is applied to premium-grade steel, giving the plate durability and a dark, reflective metallic tone.

Designed for residential, hospitality and commercial installation where a darker metallic accent is needed, the socket fits a standard 25mm minimum back box depth and uses twin earth terminals for straightforward wiring. Is the screwless plate removable for redecorating?

Yes. The cover plate clips onto a separate steel sub-frame fixed to the back box. The cover can be removed for painting around the socket and re-clipped without re-wiring.
