Description

The Knightsbridge 10AX 1-gang 2-way switch features a white thermoset resin faceplate with rounded edges and a 7mm profile. The 2-way wiring allows the switch to control a single lighting circuit from two different locations, such as opposite ends of a hallway or at the top and bottom of a staircase. The rocker switch mechanism is rated to 10AX at 230V, handling lighting loads up to 2,300W.

Designed for residential and commercial installation, the switch fits a standard 16mm minimum back box depth and includes screw cap covers that hide the fixing screws once fitted, giving a cleaner wall finish than exposed-screw designs. The rounded-edge profile softens the visual impact of the plate against the wall, reducing the sharp corner shadow lines typical of squared faceplates.

The white thermoset resin construction includes an anti-microbial additive tested to ISO 22196:2011, making the switch surface less hospitable to bacterial growth than untreated plastics.
