The Knightsbridge 1 gang blanking plate covers unused or redundant back boxes behind a polished brass screwless faceplate. The plate measures 87.5mm square with a 4.3mm projection from the wall, giving a low-profile finish that sits flush with adjacent switches and sockets in the same range.

Designed for residential, hospitality and commercial installation, the blanking plate uses a screwless cover that clips onto a separate metal sub-frame fixed to the back box. This means there are no visible screws or fixings on the wall once installed. The integrated gasket between the cover plate and the wall prevents dust ingress and provides a sealed edge around the perimeter.

The premium-grade steel construction carries a Class I earth terminal and IP20 rating, meeting IEC 60670-1 certification for indoor use. The polished brass finish provides a warm metallic accent that pairs with traditional, classical and warm-toned contemporary interiors. Knightsbridge backs the plate with a 25-year warranty.

Is the screwless cover removable?
