The Yalte is a garden spike light that draws 10W from a standard 220-240V AC mains supply and pushes out 350 lumens of warm 3000K light at 80 Ra colour rendering. It stands 900mm tall on a slim 80 by 45mm body, so the head sits well above low planting and aims its beam where you want it. Landscape and pathway spike lights like this are the go-to fitting for picking out borders, shrubs and feature plants after dark. The warm tone keeps foliage and brickwork looking natural rather than clinical.

Staked directly into soil or a planting border, the Yalte suits flower beds, hedgerows and the edges of a patio or path. No. The Yalte runs directly from a standard 220-240V AC mains supply, so there is no low-voltage transformer to bury or wire in. You connect it to a suitable outdoor mains feed and it is ready to use.

Is the spike angle adjustable?

The fitting is staked into soil or a border on its ground spike, which lets you position and lean the 900mm stem to aim the beam at a plant, wall or path. Press the spike firmly into the ground so the head stays steady. It is designed for accenting features rather than wide flood coverage.

How do I clean it?

Wipe the aluminium alloy body and lens with a soft, damp cloth, having first isolated the power. Avoid abrasive cleaners or pressure washing, which can damage the black finish and the IP54 seal. A periodic clean keeps the 350 lumen output clear of dust and garden debris.
