The Worvarne is a square LED panel light for the ceiling. It is 50cm long, 50cm wide and only 3.2cm deep, so it sits close to the ceiling with a low, tidy profile. The body and the diffuser are both white plastic, with a slim raised frame around a flat, even face. The integrated LEDs give 2,800lm, which is plenty for a main ceiling light. Its colour temperature spans 2700K, 4000K and 6500K, running from warm light to cool daylight. It is rated IP44, which means it is protected from splashing water, so it can go in a bathroom as well as any dry room.

We see it as a main light for a hallway, kitchen, home office, utility room or landing, anywhere you want clear, even light without a hanging shade. The IP44 rating also makes it a good choice for a bathroom ceiling, and a qualified electrician will confirm the right zone. The plain white finish blends with a white ceiling, so your eye goes to the light rather than the fitting. Rooms with low ceilings gain the most, since the panel adds only 3.2cm of depth and nothing hangs down into the room.

There is no switch on the panel itself: it is switched at the wall, from a wall switch in the room. The LEDs and the driver are not replaceable, so when the light eventually reaches the end of its life, the whole panel is replaced rather than a bulb. It runs from mains power at 220-240V, 50/60Hz, weighs 2KG and carries energy class D. As a wired-in mains light, it is installed by a qualified electrician. The installation instructions come as a download, so your electrician can read them through before the day.
