Woodfire Crackle Glass Scented Candle

Our Woodfire candle is poured into a bronze crackle glass pot, its surface netted with fine crackled veins over gently fluted sides, while the inside of the glass has a speckled, mirrored finish that catches the light of the flame. It holds 610g of soy and paraffin wax around a single cotton wick, gives a burn time of 80 hours, and the pot is 12cm across and 11.5cm tall. That makes it a substantial candle, one to sit at the centre of a table or sideboard rather than tuck to one side, and at 1.13KG it feels solid and settled in the hand.

Set it on a sideboard, a mantelpiece or a low shelf in the living room, where the bronze glass sits happily among books, dried grasses and wooden furniture, or give it a place on a bedroom chest of drawers for a softer glow at the end of the day. Its low, wide shape sits steadily on a flat surface, and with 80 hours of burn time it is a candle you can come back to over many evenings.
