The 350mm drop from ceiling to base makes this a semi-flush fitting suited to rooms with ceiling heights of 2.3m or above where a full pendant would hang too low.

Designed for entrance halls, dining rooms and living rooms where both decorative impact and functional light are needed, the Vivienne provides eight points of light across a 700mm diameter, giving even illumination without a single bright central source. The polished nickel finish on the metalwork reflects the ceiling and surrounding walls, while the cut crystal prisms refract light into multidirectional patterns that shift as you move around the room. Each of the eight crystal drums contains rectangular prisms cut with multiple facets, so when the bulbs are lit the crystals break the light into small reflections and rainbow-edge refractions. The polished nickel has a bright mirror-like finish that contrasts with the transparency of the crystal, giving the fitting a cooler, more contemporary look than brass or bronze equivalents. How is the crystal cleaned?

Switch off power at the fuse box before cleaning. Use a dry microfibre cloth to wipe each crystal prism. For more stubborn marks, a barely-damp cloth with distilled water is acceptable, but avoid soaking the crystals or allowing moisture into the bulb sockets. Do not use household glass cleaners or chemical sprays on the crystals.
