Designed for rooms with ceiling heights of 2.4-2.7m where a full-drop chandelier would hang too low, the Vivienne sits 290mm below the ceiling rose, making it suitable for hallways, bedrooms, living rooms and dining rooms in properties with standard UK ceiling heights. The four-bulb configuration provides functional light output while the crystal ring adds decorative presence. The polished nickel frame reflects both natural daylight and artificial light, amplifying the overall brightness of the fitting.

The rectangular crystal prisms are individually hung around the metal ring, creating a textured visual effect when viewed from below or at an angle. The curved arms rise from a central hub to meet the ceiling plate, with each arm supporting one E14 lampholder. What bulbs does the Vivienne take?

Is the Vivienne dimmable?

Yes, but only if you fit dimmable E14 bulbs and pair them with a compatible dimmer switch. The fitting itself does not restrict dimming, but non-dimmable LED bulbs will flicker or fail if used with a dimmer.

What ceiling height is needed?

The 290mm drop from ceiling rose to the base of the crystal ring works in rooms with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above. In lower-ceiling spaces the fitting may feel visually heavy or obstruct sightlines across the room.

How is the crystal cleaned?

Switch off the power at the consumer unit before cleaning. Each crystal prism can be wiped with a dry microfibre cloth or a slightly damp cloth with distilled water. Avoid sprays, polishes or ammonia-based cleaners as they leave residue that dulls the crystal facets.
