Virgin CCT Dimmable LED Flush Ceiling Light with Remote Control - Silver

The Virgin is a 450mm flush LED ceiling light with an integrated 18W LED delivering 1680 lumens through a frosted white acrylic diffuser. The fitting sits 51mm from the ceiling with a silver outer ring, a polished chrome central plate, and a crystal-effect inner surface that reflects and disperses light. The LED colour temperature adjusts from 2700K warm white to 6500K cool daylight via the included remote control, which also dims the output.

Designed for rooms with ceiling heights of 2.4m or lower where a pendant would hang too close to head height, the Virgin provides overhead ambient lighting in bedrooms, living rooms, hallways and home offices. The remote control allows colour temperature and brightness to be changed without wall switches, making it straightforward to shift from bright cool daylight for morning routines to warm ambient light for evening relaxation. The 120° beam angle spreads light evenly across a room up to approximately 4m x 4m.

The silver finish on the outer ring pairs with both warm and cool-toned interiors, while the polished chrome central plate adds a metallic accent without dominating the design. The crystal-effect inner surface sits beneath the frosted diffuser and catches light to create subtle reflections when the fitting is viewed at an angle. At 1.6kg the fitting mounts securely to standard UK ceiling roses and requires no additional structural support.

How is the colour temperature controlled?

The included remote control adjusts the LED colour temperature from 2700K warm white to 6500K cool daylight across the full range. The remote also dims the light output and switches the fitting on and off.

What room size does this suit?

The 1680 lumen output and 120° beam angle provide ambient lighting for rooms up to approximately 4m x 4m. For larger spaces, pair with additional fittings or use as supplementary lighting alongside wall or floor lamps.

Does it suit low ceilings?

Yes. The 51mm projection from the ceiling makes the Virgin suitable for rooms with ceiling heights of 2.4m or lower where a pendant would hang too close to head height.

Can the remote be lost and the light still controlled?

The remote is the only method for adjusting colour temperature and brightness. If the remote is lost, the fitting defaults to the last setting used when powered on via a wall switch. Replacement remotes may be available from Mantra or contact us for compatibility advice.
