Description

A small round LED lamp on the E14 screw cap, with a clear envelope rather than a frosted one, so the light it throws is bright and lively. It draws 4W and gives around 400 lumens, a fair swap for the little filament lamps it stands in for. The colour is warm white at 2700K, which keeps a soft yellow cast to the light rather than anything cold or blue. Output spreads right around the lamp, so it reads the same whether it sits pointing up, down or sideways in a fitting.

This is the shape and cap that suits most chandeliers, small wall lights, bedside lamps and compact pendants, and the clear finish earns its keep in any fitting where the lamp itself is on show behind glass or under an open shade.
