Description

The Tsunami is a 400mm square semi-flush ceiling light built around four spiralling arms in sand white metalwork, each housing an integrated LED behind a smooth acrylic diffuser. The four arms curve outward from a central ceiling plate in a wave-like helical pattern, creating a sculptural form that sits 140mm below the ceiling. The combined 48W LED output delivers 3600lm at 3000K warm white across 220-240V mains.

Designed for rooms with standard 2.4m ceiling heights where a full pendant drop would be too low, the Tsunami works as primary lighting in bedrooms, living rooms up to 20m², entrance halls and dining areas. The 140mm drop keeps the fitting clear of head height while the wave-shaped arms distribute light evenly across the ceiling plane and down into the room. The semi-flush mount fits standard UK ceiling roses and the entire fitting weighs 2.2kg once installed.

The sand white finish on the metalwork reads as a soft off-white with a warm undertone, pairing comfortably with cream, beige, pale grey and warm timber interiors. Each of the four acrylic diffusers conceals the LED strip inside while allowing warm light to glow through the curved form, turning the arms themselves into the light source rather than just a frame around bulbs. The wave geometry creates shadow patterns on the ceiling at certain angles, adding depth without harsh contrast. The non-dimmable LED is rated for a 25,000-hour lifespan under typical residential use.
