Description

The Monkey Wall Lamp is a 76cm sculptural wall light cast in white resin, modelled as a life-sized monkey hanging by one raised arm with the other clutching a bare E27 bulb holder. The figure projects from the wall in three dimensions, with the tail, legs and free arm hanging clear of the mounting plane. A visible white fabric cable runs from the bulb holder down to a plug, designed to be seen as part of the piece rather than concealed.

The lamp suits living rooms, hallways, stairwells, reading corners, bar areas and hospitality spaces where a sculptural fitting is wanted alongside its lighting function. It mounts to the wall through fixings on the back of the figure and plugs into a standard UK socket, so no hardwiring or electrician is needed for installation. The exposed E27 holder takes a standard filament, LED filament or globe bulb (sold separately), with a clear or amber filament bulb being the typical pairing for the strongest visual effect.
