Description

This bas-relief wall panel presents a sculpted human face formed from layered vertical grooves in medium-density fibreboard and polystyrene, finished in a neutral beige tone. The face emerges from the surface through stepped depth variations, with each vertical strip set at a different relief height to define the profile, creating a three-dimensional portrait visible from multiple angles. A slim black polystyrene frame surrounds the 90x120cm panel.

Designed as architectural wall art for reception areas, gallery walls, and living spaces with minimal colour palettes, the panel works in contemporary, Japandi and modern interiors where texture provides visual interest without pattern or colour contrast. The 25mm total depth projects from the wall enough to cast shadows as daylight moves, changing the visibility of the face relief throughout the day. At 6.6kg the panel requires secure wall fixings into masonry or solid stud positions.
