Description

The Testara-E is a slim, round LED flush ceiling light with a black rim framing a white opal diffuser. It measures 21.1cm across and just 3cm deep, so it sits close to the ceiling and keeps a low profile where headroom is tight. The light source is an integrated LED giving 1,500 lumens of warm white light at 3000K, the soft, homely tone most people want in a living space. Its IP20 rating means it is made for dry rooms indoors, which settles the question straight away: this is a light for hallways, landings and bedrooms, never a bathroom or a porch.

Being compact, it suits smaller rooms and lower ceilings: a hallway, a landing, a box room, a study or a walk-in wardrobe. 1,500 lumens is a generous output for a light this size, so a single fitting can serve as the main light in a smaller room. The black rim draws a crisp outline against a pale ceiling and sits well with monochrome schemes and matt black switches, while the white diffuser softens the light and keeps the LEDs out of sight.
