Tessaro LED K9 Crystal & Leather Large Chandelier - Grey

The Tessaro is a large empire-form chandelier built from grey leather trusses suspended between a chrome canopy and a crystal-set ring at the base. Twenty-plus leather straps arch outward from the top fixing and gather at a polished metal ring lined with cushion-cut K9 crystal glass. An integrated 3000K LED sits inside the frame, lighting the crystal ring from within and casting warm white light through the leather cage.

Built for double-height foyers, stairwells, formal dining rooms and hotel lobbies, the Tessaro measures 85.1cm in diameter and 113cm in height, with a 150cm suspension cable that allows the fitting to drop into a void or sit centred over a large dining table. At 48.5kg the chandelier requires a structural fixing point and a competent electrician for installation. Operating voltage is 120V-220V, suiting both UK and international wiring.

The material pairing is what sets the Tessaro apart from conventional crystal chandeliers. Leather replaces the glass arms or chains seen on traditional empire fittings, softening the silhouette and absorbing the reflections that usually surround a crystal centre. The grey tone reads as a warm neutral against stone, oak and textured plaster, while the polished chrome ring and K9 crystal cushions provide the sparkle expected of a chandelier of this scale. A single faceted crystal drop hangs from the centre to finish the composition.

What ceiling height does the Tessaro need?

The chandelier itself is 113cm tall, plus up to 150cm of suspension cable. For the fitting to hang correctly above head height, a minimum floor-to-ceiling height of around 3.5m is recommended. It's most often installed in double-height foyers, stairwells and rooms with vaulted or 4m+ ceilings.

Is the LED replaceable?

The Tessaro uses an integrated 3000K LED module rather than a replaceable bulb. Integrated LEDs typically have a long rated life. If the LED fails within the 2-year warranty period, contact us with the order details and we'll arrange a service through the manufacturer.

How is it installed?

At 48.5kg the chandelier requires a structural ceiling fixing capable of supporting the weight, and must be installed by a qualified electrician. The 150cm suspension cable can be shortened on site to set the final drop height. The fitting accepts 120V-220V mains supply, so it works with standard UK 230V wiring.

What's the colour temperature like?

The integrated LED runs at 3000K, which is a warm white. Light passes through the cushion-cut K9 crystal ring and reflects off the inner faces of the leather trusses, producing a soft ambient glow with sparkle from the crystal rather than a harsh point source.
