Description
The Teja is a 310mm tall outdoor wall light in white with an integrated planter bowl at the top and a single E27 bulb fitting behind a frosted plastic shade. The upper bowl is deep enough to hold small trailing plants, artificial foliage or be left empty, allowing the light to function as both illumination and a decorative planter mount on exterior walls.
Designed for patios, garden walls, courtyard entrances and covered balconies, the Teja carries an IP54 rating for protection against dust ingress and water splashes from any direction. The 180mm projection keeps the fitting close to the wall, suitable for narrow pathways or areas where clearance matters. The E27 fitting accepts standard screw-base LED, halogen or filament bulbs up to the manufacturer's wattage limit (bulb sold separately), giving control over light colour and brightness.
The white plastic construction keeps the unit lightweight at 0.82kg, reducing the load on wall fixings compared to metal equivalents. The frosted shade diffuses the light output from below, creating a softer downward wash rather than a focused beam. The planter bowl adds approximately 50mm to the overall height when filled, making the fitting around 360mm from base to rim when planted.

Frequently Asked
What does the IP54 rating mean for outdoor use?
IP54 provides protection against dust ingress and water splashes from any direction, making the Teja suitable for covered outdoor locations such as porches, patios and walls under eaves. It is not rated for full exposure to driving rain or direct spray from hoses.
What bulb does it require?
The Teja takes a standard E27 screw-base bulb. Most users pair it with a warm-white LED bulb between 6-10W and 2700K-3000K. Bulbs are sold separately. Check the Specification tab for the maximum wattage allowed.
Can the planter bowl be used with real plants?
Yes, the upper bowl can hold small trailing plants or succulents in a lightweight pot. Ensure drainage is managed to avoid water pooling inside the fitting. Artificial plants or moss are alternatives that require no maintenance.
Is the light dimmable?
Dimming is possible when paired with a dimmable E27 bulb and a compatible dimmer switch. Not all LED bulbs dim smoothly, so check the bulb specification before purchasing if dimming is required.
