Description
The Stratiform is a 136cm-diameter, 20-light suspension chandelier built from cascading brass chain veils stretched across a champagne-toned metal structure. Two large saucer-shaped tiers are set at offset angles, with a smaller chain-draped basin below and a trailing chain tassel finishing the lower point. Twenty replaceable 2.1W 3000K LED modules are integrated into the structure, casting warm light across the chain surfaces and through the gaps where the tiers overlap.
At 103cm tall and 136kg, this is a chandelier sized for double-height entrance halls, stairwells, rotundas, hotel lobbies and large dining rooms with ceiling heights of 4m or above. The 150cm cable allows the fitting to be hung at full drop or shortened on installation. Positioned over a round dining table, in a stairwell void, or above a retail or hospitality reception desk, the Stratiform reads as a sculptural ceiling piece rather than a conventional pendant.
The chain veils are formed from fine brass links draped in dense, parallel runs between the structural rings. The champagne finish on the metal frame sits between brushed brass and antique gold, warmer than polished brass and softer than bronze. Light filtering through the chains breaks into thousands of small reflections, giving the fitting a textile-like surface quality despite the all-metal construction. The twin-saucer profile and rising upper sail create asymmetry from every viewing angle, so the chandelier looks different as a viewer moves around or beneath it.

Frequently Asked
What ceiling height does the Stratiform need?
At 103cm tall with a 150cm cable, the chandelier suits ceiling heights of 4m or above when hung at full drop. It also works well in stairwell voids and double-height entrance halls where the full vertical profile can be appreciated from below and from a landing.
Are the LEDs replaceable?
Yes. The fitting uses 20 built-in replaceable LED modules, each rated at 2.1W and 3000K (warm white). Modules can be swapped individually rather than requiring the whole fitting to be replaced when a unit reaches end of life.
How is a 36kg chandelier installed?
The Stratiform weighs 36kg and must be fixed into a structural ceiling point rated for the load, ideally a joist or a properly engineered chandelier hook. Installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician, with two people present to support the fitting during hanging due to the weight and chain veil arrangement.
How is the brass chain cleaned?
Dust the chain veils gently with a soft, dry brush or a low-suction vacuum fitted with a soft brush attachment, working from the top down. Avoid pulling on the chains or using wet cloths, as compression can distort the parallel chain runs that give the fitting its veil-like surface.
