Description

The Stealth is a 1m linear wall light built from a slim tubular metal body in matt black, capped at each end with a curved brushed brass scoop that conceals a single G9 lamp. The two lamps fire in opposite directions along the wall — one upward, one downward — producing a twin column of light from a single fixing point. Total length is 1000mm with a 100mm projection.

The fitting suits hallways, stairwells, bedrooms over a headboard, and feature walls in living rooms where a vertical or horizontal accent is needed without breaking up the wall surface. The narrow 100mm width keeps the profile slim against the wall, and the rear plate fits a standard UK back box. Mounted vertically the Stealth reads as a tall column of light; mounted horizontally it spreads ambient wash across a wider area, making it adaptable to most wall heights and orientations.

The contrast between the matt black tube and the warm brushed brass scoops gives the fitting its character: from straight on, the brass interiors reflect light back into the room and soften the otherwise stark black profile. Construction is metal throughout with a powder-coated black finish on the body and a brushed brass treatment on the end cups. Each G9 lamp is rated up to 10W, drawing minimal power while producing focused points of warm light at each end. G9 LED lamps are recommended and sold separately.

What bulbs does the Stealth take?

It takes two G9 capsule lamps, each rated up to 10W. G9 LED lamps in 2700K-3000K warm white are the most common choice for this style of fitting. Bulbs are sold separately.

Can it be mounted horizontally as well as vertically?

Yes. The fitting is symmetrical end to end, so it can be installed either as a 1m vertical column or as a 1m horizontal bar. Vertical orientation suits stairwells and hallways, while horizontal works well above a headboard or along a feature wall.

Does the light shine up and down or out into the room?

The two G9 lamps sit inside the curved brass scoops at each end and fire outward along the line of the body. Mounted vertically, this produces uplight and downlight; mounted horizontally, it spreads light left and right across the wall.

Is it suitable for bathrooms?

No IP rating is specified, so the Stealth is designed for dry indoor locations only. It should not be installed in bathroom zones or any area exposed to moisture.
