Description

The Stateroom is a 1575mm floor lamp built around a turned column base in antique nickel, topped with a two-socket cluster and a white cotton linen shade. Each socket takes a standard E27 bulb up to 60W (sold separately), with the two bulbs positioned inside the shade to provide diffused ambient light through the fabric.

Designed for reading positions beside armchairs and sofas, and for corners of living rooms and bedrooms where ceiling lighting does not reach, the Stateroom provides mid-height task lighting without requiring wall fixing. The 432mm-wide shade at the top distributes light across a wider area than single-bulb floor lamps, making it suitable for illuminating a reading chair or a small seating group. The column base sits on a circular plinth that provides stability on both carpet and hard floors.

The antique nickel finish on the metal column has a brushed surface with slight tonal variation, giving it a warmer appearance than polished chrome or satin nickel.
